We charge different amounts depending on the delivery day and delivery postcode. This is calculated at checkout.
The standard weekday local delivery for a basket of £30 or more is £3.99, and mainland UK is £5.99

We offer a timed and dated delivery service, but will always leave your order somewhere safe, and it is packed to remain chilled if necessary for 48 hrs from dispatch.
You will receive a tracking email for either DHL or DPD on the morning of delivery which will allow you to see what time your order will be delivered. Or simply give us a call on the morning of delivery and we will let you know what time to expect your order.
Our deliveries are always left secure so if you aren't going to be in please let us know where you'd like your box left.
We deliver to all areas Monday to Sunday every week.
If you can't find a suitable day please let us know and we will do our very best to sort this out for you.
As standard we have a 3 day lead time on our orders as we work with lots of small producers and all our food comes in fresh for each order. If you have missed the order deadline please call us on 07586906930 and we will do our best to help.
We deliver across London every week.
In London a local delivery company collects our orders in the morning and makes all our deliveries that day. You will receive tracking information on the morning of delivery from the DHL system giving you a one hour time slot.
All our orders are packed in recyclable & recycled packaging, and chilled items are packed with ice to remain cold for 48 hours from dispatch.
We sell set boxes and individual items. If there are items in our boxes that you would prefer not to receive please make a note of this under your account details. We will then replace this for you. You can let us know of items you would prefer not to receive by adding a comment when placing your order, or by filling out the boxes in the Special Instructions section of your account online.
You can tailor make your own box by simply ordering exactly what you need on our website. Most of our veg, meat, fish and dairy items are available to buy individually as well as in our set boxes.
99% of everything we sell comes from British businesses.
We only sell meat that is free range and has been produced in the U.K.
All our fish & seafood is fresh and as sustainable as possible.
Our dairy products are all U.K produced from local farms.
Our fruit and veg is grown in the U.K where possible, when we have to source out of London we source organic produce from ethical suppliers.
No, we aren't exclusively organic as our priority is to support local farmers and food producers. Much of our market veg is naturally grown using eco-agricultural techniques that support soil health and biodiversity. Our naturally grown veg boxes only contain naturally grown and organic registered produce, and we stock organic registered veg and fruit where available. Our meat is free range and often from heritage breeds. We prioritise selling sustainably caught fish and seafood.
You can set up a regular delivery on our website. Just choose whether you would like a weekly, fortnightly or 4 weekly rotation.
Regular subscribers receive a 5% discount on their orders.
Please make sure that any subscription order meets our minimum order of £20 when your discount has been added in. Not all products are available on a subscription because of the seasonality of our supply.
Once you have placed your order and paid for it, your subscription will be automatically set up. Payment is taken between 3 days before your order is due to be delivered.
You can cancel your subscription at any time on the website (Please remember that once an order, or subscription, has been processed you cannot cancel the order), as well as skipping weeks if you are going to be away. We are here to help so if you have any questions please call us on 07586906930..
